The story
I made a whole tiktok video about how I created these affirmation cards. Let me tell you the story!
I was struggling with mental health since I was little, and on my journey of searching for new tools to help me with my social anxiety, I created these set of affirmations. They are cute, bright, gentle, and made with so much love.
I noticed they helped me so much to stay more calm and be more confident. And I decided to sell them on my website.
And here it is!

Why these affirmations?
This affirmation cards were design specifiacally to calm your mind, make you feel more confident and loving towards yourself.
I made them specifically social anxiety. To give you that uplift you need: you are safe, you are loved, you can relax and enjoy life.
They are created in a specific manner:
- clear and easy to understand;
- peaceful and promoting relaxation – they do not put any pressure or conditioning;
- focusing on acceptance and compassion;
- focusing on beauty, talents, and power you already have within;
- helping to feel more confident through self-love.

Why are affirmation cards helpful?
Affirmation cards help us change the way we speek to ourselves. There are studies that prove how repeating affirmation can change out thoughts, our perspective, and our life for the better. This is truly empowering.
By speaking to ourselves kindly and with supportive words, we can reprogram our subconscious mind to feel more peaceful, relaxed, and confident.
Affirmation are truly helpful. They make us feel good about ourselves and trust that life takes care of us. They are powerful, and so easy to use. It takes practice, but in time, these beautiful words become a part of ourselves and we notice how our life becomes better.
